Overview

One surgical visit, a lifetime of confidence.

Teeth in a Day (sometimes called All-on-4 or full-arch implants) is the most transformative treatment we offer. Four to six titanium implants replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth, and a fixed set of temporary teeth is bolted in on the same day. You leave able to smile, speak and eat — no dentures to remove.

Every case is planned meticulously in advance using our in-house CBCT 3D scanner. Dr Srinivas Jakileti has been placing implants for over 15 years and personally leads every full-arch case from consultation to final restoration.

Why Bridge House

The Bridge House difference.

Fixed, not removable

Unlike dentures, your new teeth are bolted to the implants — no adhesives, no slipping, no removing at night.

Same-day teeth

You leave the practice with a functional set of fixed teeth on the day of surgery. No weeks or months without teeth.

Consultant-led

Dr Jakileti — DWSI Oral Surgery, FGDP Diploma in Implant Dentistry — plans and delivers every case personally, with 15+ years of full-arch experience.

In-house CBCT 3D imaging

Our own CBCT scanner means no external scan appointments, and planning is done with the highest-fidelity 3D data available.

FAQs

Common questions, answered.

What is Teeth in a Day?

+

A full-arch restoration where we place four to six implants and fit a fixed set of temporary teeth on the same day. You leave the practice with functional, natural-looking teeth — no dentures to remove.

Am I a suitable candidate?

+

Most adults missing an entire arch of teeth, or with failing teeth destined for extraction, are potentially suitable. We confirm this with a full assessment including a CBCT 3D scan at your £60 consultation.

Is it really done in one day?

+

Yes — extractions (if needed), implant placement and the fixed temporary bridge are all completed in a single visit. The final custom-crafted permanent bridge is fitted 3–6 months later, once the implants have fully integrated with the bone.

How long will it last?

+

With good hygiene and regular maintenance, implants can last 20+ years. The fixed bridge on top is a serviceable component and typically lasts 10–15 years before it needs refurbishing.

What does it cost?

+

From £16,000 per arch, including the surgery, four to six implants, temporary teeth on the day, and the final permanent bridge. Full itemised pricing confirmed in your written treatment plan.

Is it painful?

+

The procedure is done under local anaesthetic with sedation available. Most patients are surprised how manageable recovery is — typically a few days of swelling and mild discomfort, controlled with over-the-counter pain relief.
