Conventional dentures move, click and slip — and for many patients that's a daily source of anxiety. Implant-retained dentures solve that: two to four titanium implants act as anchors that the denture clips firmly onto, giving you a secure fit while still allowing you to remove the denture for cleaning.
Dr Srinivas Jakileti has been placing implants for over 15 years. Every case is planned using our in-house CBCT 3D scanner, and Srini personally leads the surgical placement and final denture fitting.
What’s included
Two to four implants, precision attachments, and a new denture with clip retention.
Full assessment including CBCT 3D scan, medical review and personalised plan.
Additional bone augmentation quoted separately when clinically necessary.
The denture clips onto the implants and stays put — no creams, no gels, no slipping mid-conversation.
You take it out at night for easy cleaning of both the denture and the implant attachments.
Implants stimulate the jawbone the way natural roots do, helping preserve facial contour long-term.
Every case planned and delivered personally by Dr Jakileti — DWSI Oral Surgery, FGDP Diploma in Implant Dentistry.
Two to four implants are placed in the jaw to hold a denture firmly in place. The denture clips onto the implants — no adhesive, no slipping — but can still be removed for cleaning.
Most patients wearing full dentures who struggle with fit, comfort or eating are suitable. A £60 consultation including a CBCT 3D scan confirms this.
Implant-retained dentures are removable — you take them out at night to clean. If you'd prefer teeth that stay in permanently, our Teeth in a Day service delivers a fixed bridge on implants.
Usually 3–6 months from implant placement to final denture fitting, allowing time for the implants to integrate with the bone.
From £6,500 per arch, including the implants, connectors and a new denture. Full pricing confirmed in your written treatment plan.
